Is it safe to travel to Israel for the conference?
Yes. Tel Aviv, where the event takes place, operates as usual. Hotels, restaurants, and cultural attractions are open and functioning normally. The organizing team continuously monitors the security situation. Should any changes occur, attendees will be informed immediately. The safety of our participants is our highest priority.
How do I get to the conference venue?
Location: Hangar 11, Tel Aviv Port
– By public transportation: The venue is easily accessible via train, bus, or taxi. We recommend using Google Maps or Moovit to plan your route.
– By car: Paid parking is available nearby. Arriving early is recommended to ensure availability.
Will food be provided at the event?
Yes. Light refreshments and beverages will be available throughout the day. Additional meal options will be available on-site or at nearby restaurants.
In what language will the conference be held?
All sessions, talks, and conference materials will be delivered in English. Please note that simultaneous translation will not be provided.

Why is the conference named “Ramon”?
The conference is organized in collaboration with the Ramon Foundation, named in honor of Col. Ilan Ramon, Israel’s first astronaut. The Foundation promotes excellence in aerospace, education, and innovation and is a key partner in advancing geospatial intelligence in Israel and internationally.
